All orders are prepared and packaged at Naturally No More Nits. Orders are dispatched from Naturally No More Nits HQ at Angle Vale SA 5117 or Pooraka SA 5095
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, packed and prepared for postage. As a small, home based business, Naturally No More Nits do endeavour to have your order dispatched in 1 – 2 business days, however delays sometimes occur.
Shipping within Australia is sent via Australia Post or Sendle (metro areas only) which includes tracking. The choice of delivery provider is at Naturally No More Nitse discretion.
Search via your TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED if you have any queries on the delivery time frame. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been marked as fulfilled and shipped.
RETURNS
Naturally No More Nits want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please make sure you choose your purchase carefully as refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or if you simply make the wrong decision. Please note that Naturally No More Nits does not generally exchange items if you change your mind. If approved* for an exchange by Naturally No More Nits, you are required to pay for return postage to Naturally No More Nits HQ. Your order must be returned unused and in original packaging. Items must be returned to Naturally No More Nits in original box you have received order in. Please note that Naturally No More Nits will not be held accountable for any item that is lost in the mail, it is your responsibility when you return the item to Naturally No More Nits. The items you wish to exchange must be for equal or higher value only. Once received by Naturally No More Nits, your “new order” will be placed in the queue. FAULTS
All items are quality checked before accepted for packaging. Occasionally, there may be a fault we’re unaware of. Where applicable we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. If returning a product for a refund, you must ensure this is done within 14 days from receipt of product. Naturally No More Nits reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit if the piece returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
